The short version: we collect what you type into the enquiry form, we use it to arrange your measure and quote, and we don't sell it to anyone.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: typically your name, phone number, email address, suburb, and whatever you tell us about your windows, including a schedule drafted with the window-schedule tool if you carried one across. The site's tools run in your own browser; the window schedule you draft is stored in your browser's local storage on your device and reaches us only if you submit it with an enquiry.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry: to contact you, arrange a free in-home measure, prepare a quote and follow up on the work you asked about. That is the whole purpose. We don't use your details for marketing lists, and we don't sell or rent them.

Who sees it

Your enquiry may be shared with a suitable local provider to service your request, that is, to carry out the measure, quote and installation you enquired about. It is otherwise handled only by the people and systems needed to run this website and respond to you. Our website infrastructure (hosting and form delivery) processes enquiry data on our behalf and stores it securely.

Cookies and analytics

This site runs no analytics and sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Spam protection on the enquiry form is deliberately quiet: a hidden field that only automated scripts fill in, plus standard checks when your enquiry arrives. We may strengthen those verification measures over time; none of them are used to track you.

Keeping and removing your details

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful for handling your job and our records, and no longer than we need to. If you would like your details corrected or removed, send a note through the enquiry form saying so, and we will act on it promptly.

Questions

Anything unclear, or anything you'd like to know about how your details were handled: ask through the enquiry form and we will give you a straight answer.
